What is the return policy?
Returns or refunds will not be provided for change of mind or incorrect sizing. It is important that customers choose their pieces with care and read our sizing information before ordering.
Our items are thoroughly checked over before being packed and sent. However, in the event of any damage or fault, a store credit or exchange will be provided.
All returns/exchanges must -
- Be requested within 7 business days of receiving your items.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How do I choose my size?
A sizing chart with garment measurements is provided in the product images of our shirts. Please choose your sizing carefully as exchanges or returns will not be provided for items that are the wrong size.
Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic Shipping within Australia
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering via Australia Post standard shipping. Standard domestic shipping usually takes between 2-6 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has been packed and shipped.
United Stated Shipping
Items are shipped from our Australian warehouse within 1-2 business days of ordering via Australia Post. International shipping to major destinations typically takes between 5-10 business days. A little longer for remote areas.
US IMPORT DUTIES ARE PRE-PAID BY ASHLEY FREEMAN MERCH. You should not be charged by customs for the import of your items. Please contact merch@ashleyfreemanmerch.com if you encounter any issues.
International Shipping - Europe, UK, Canada and New Zealand
Items are shipped from our Australian warehouse within 1-2 business days of ordering via Australia Post. International shipping to major destinations typically takes between 5-10 business days. A little longer for remote areas.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our garments have been manufactured offshore through very carefully selected manufacturers. They are then printed and embroidered by local Sunshine Coast businesses.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.
Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $8 across Australia.
International Shipping Costs
New Zealand - Flate rate $14AUD
Canada - Flat rate $24AUD
UK & Europe - Flat rate $24AUD
