I understand that time is our most precious gift within our lifetimes. So it is never lost on me, what an honour it is to have Women from around the World venture to retreat with me. After 12 years of holding space and creating these experiences, I have felt first hand the magic that occurs when Women gather. It is my goal, to hold you in finding the opportunity to relax your mind, your body and your heart completely. I endeavour to provide a space that reconnects you to the joy of your inner child, whilst also soothing your nervous system and giving you a much needed moment to breathe. It is from this spaciousness that we are able to remember our truest self. The person who exists beyond the titles and responsibilities that we hold in the outside World. I hope that you leave this retreat feeling inspired, nourished and aligned with your passion and purpose. I know without a doubt that you'll make connections with likeminded souls, with whom you laugh, sweat, dance and sing.

Inclusions
  • 3 x nights / 4 x days accommodation in Twin or Private Villa.
  • Daily Housekeeping, in-room coffee machine, robes and slippers.
  • All meals catered by renowned Chef Darryn Bonhomme (more on Darren below). Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner plus Morning/Afternoon tea provided.
  • Daily Training, Yoga, Dance Party Workout or Pilates with Ashley (2 x sessions per day)
  • Free use of Saunas and Cold Plunge.
  • Creative Workshop (this will be either painting, weaving or craft). Facilitator TBA.
  • Sound Healing Relaxation - Relax and allow the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, chimes and many other instruments to balance your energy and mind before bed.
  • Plenty of down time to enjoy the peace.
  • Multiple bush walks leaving from the property.
  • Massage can be arranged to compliment your stay at an additional cost.

Accommodation

Nestled into the tree tops with Panoramic Views of the Gold Coast, our accommodation provides the perfect surroundings to 'Rest and Reset'. 

Our twin share Villas are spaciously appointed and consist of two Queen Sized Beds, Ensuite with seperate toilet room, office space, larger closet and beautiful private balcony.

Our Private Villas consist of 1 x King Bed, Ensuite with Separate toilet, office space, large closet and private balcony.

We are a short 27 minute Taxi or Uber from the airport (for privacy reasons, the address will be provided to you upon booking)

All rooms are equipped with a Private Coffee machine, Robes, Slippers and Daily Housekeeping to ensure your total relaxation. 

Nourishment

Former Executive Chef of Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, Darryn Bonhomme and his team will be creating and serving an incredible menu of healthy, seasonal, nourishing meals during your stay.

Darryn has worked for over 15 years in catering events, restaurants and high functions. He combines seasonal flavours with authentic South African cuisine and decades of experience to make every meal time truly magical.

Sample Dinner Menu

Entree - Mini Poke bowls (Teriyaki chicken, crispy shallot, ponzu, quinoa, avo, edamame)

Main - Sesame chive crusted salmon, chilli coconut broth, tamari Pok Choy, steamed beans and soya ginger rice.

Dessert - Lemon Meringue slice w mixed berry compote.

Sample Schedule

Day 2 

7am - Morning Yoga or Training

8:30am - Breakfast

9:30am - Enjoy a free morning to use the pool, saunas, cold plunge or relax

11:45am - Optional Bush Walk

1pm - Lunch

2:30-4pm - Art / Creative Workshop

4:30pm - Yin Yoga

6:30pm - Dinner

7:30pm Dessert and Tea around the fire pit

**Please note that this retreat is all female, so any guests travelling solo will be matched with another amazing Woman. The rooms and grounds are spacious with plenty of areas to relax and unwind.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place

The 50% balance payment will be due February 1st 2027
